“Emma is one of the two brains behind Bristol Waste's multi-award winning food waste behaviour change campaign 'Slim My Waste - Feed My Face'. Emma came up with the creative idea for the campaign, which captured the public's imagination and saw a sustained 16 per cent increase in food waste capture across the city (that's equivalent to taking 142 cars off the road for a year thanks to CO2e savings and generating enough additional biogas to power an extra 180 households for a year!). The campaign was so successful that they are now hearing from councils across the country who want to replicate it. This is just one of the campaigns Emma has spear-headed to make her city a better, cleaner, greener place to live. ”
